The PE-2 manufactured by KAY INDUSTRIES is a ENCLOSURE FOR OUTDOOR PHASE CONVERTER INSTALLTION 15-20 HP with a single phase input voltage of 208/230/240 and an output voltage of THREE PHASE EQUIVELANT OF SINGLE PHASE INPUT VOLATGE. This is an "PE" converter. The type PE fiberglass enclosure is an REA approved housing which is ideal for outdoor environmental protection of the Phasemaster rotary converter. It is non conductive, non corrosive, with pad lockable hardware and many features.
